When I click Update Driver nothing happens, and when I try to uninstall it it says "failed to uninstall the device. In the Device Manager there is an Unknown Device under Sound, video and game controllers. When I try to install the Realtek High Definition Audio Driver software that came with my new computer, I get the message "install realtek hd audio driver failure !!"
